Make Up Policy

What if I miss a class?

If for any reason you cannot attend a class, we require you to notify us in advance by using the Customer Portal. This notification must be made at least 1 day before your child’s absence, and it must be done online through the portal itself.

Makeup lessons are available for those who have notified us at least one day in advance of their absence. To book a makeup lesson, you must use the Customer Portal, which will display available time slots for you to choose from. You will only be able to book an alternative session if other parents have marked off their child’s absence, in which case you can take their place.

Lessons are booked for the full term, and all lessons must be completed within the given date range. We cannot offer catch-up classes due to operating at full capacity.

If you book a makeup class and are unable to attend, you will not be able to book another alternative. You may only use the Customer Portal to book up to twice a term, and the system will not allow you to carry these over to the next term. Makeup classes are only available to book from week 4, and it is not possible to book classes for future terms in advance.

Please note that we do not offer credits or refunds for missed classes. We ask that you commit to the day and time you have booked, as we cannot guarantee the availability of catch-up classes.

If no available times are showing on the portal, it is because all suitable classes are full. You may need to keep checking or try a different week.

Please do not email or ask the office staff to arrange alternative sessions for you. If you need help registering on the portal, we can assist with that.
